PRICES:
Prices are charged per visit.
Prices vary depending on the number of pets you have, their requirements and your location. Please give as much information as possible on new enquiries to allow us to provide you with an accurate estimate.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. We reserve the right to request non-refundable deposits, and all prices are subject to change. Outstanding payment must be received immediately on your return home. Any extra visits or additional costs incurred will be chargeable. If for any reason, you return home prior to the arranged date, the full fee for the booking will still be charged and no refunds will be issued.
MEDICATION AND SPECIALIST CARE:
If medication or specialist care is required for your pet, this will be undertaken provided your pet will accept the medication/care without resistance. Specialist care is given at our discretion, and we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for this service. You must provide full instructions and a medical history. This can be obtained from your veterinary practice.
HEALTH:
You give your assurance that your pet is in good health and temperament. You must declare any existing or previous health condition prior to your pet requiring our care. We reserve the right to refuse any animal not fit for care in their home environment at our discretion. You must draw attention to any traits or vices that your pet may have.
You authorise us to provide veterinary treatment for your pet if we decide it is necessary whilst in our care. Should your pet require veterinary treatment, they will be treated at your own vets where possible or alternatively the closest vets with availability. Should it be necessary for veterinary assistance a charge will apply, and the veterinary care will be at the owner’s expense. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we consider to be of an unreliable temperament or too unwell to be left in our care.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Your pet’s well-being and welfare is our priority, however we also have to consider our safety. Should your pet behave aggressively towards us at a level considered by us to be unreasonable, we will contact you to arrange an immediate alternative for their care.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A minimum notice period of two weeks before the booking date is required for cancellations. We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to high demand and to ensure we can provide the best care for your pets, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
- If a reservation is cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled date, the full fee will apply.
- If a reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks, 50% of the total booking fee will apply.
- Full payment is required for the reservation, even if you return early.
